Born and raised in Miami-Dade County, Daniel has built his career on the values of hard work, straight talk, and targeted advocacy. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Management from the University of Florida – Go Gators – and is a Bull Gator !!!. Attorney Hunt next moved to San Francisco, where he completed both his Juris Doctor and MBA at Golden Gate University and served as the Student Bar Association Treasurer.

Before returning to Florida, Daniel practiced law in California, where he was a certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation. Today, he proudly holds memberships in both the California and Florida Bar Associations. As a seasoned trial attorney, Daniel brings decades of courtroom experience to the firm, coupled with a no-nonsense approach that clients appreciate. He doesn’t sugarcoat reality, and he gives honest, strategic insight every step of the way.

Outside the courtroom, Daniel is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator, and he dedicates time to mentoring Florida high school students through programs like Mock Trial and We The People. When he’s not working 80-hour weeks on behalf of his clients, you’ll find him cheering on Florida’s college and pro sports teams or hopping on a plane to explore somewhere new.
